Cyber LL on the World Wide Web

A more distributed architecture for the CAPL over the World Wide Web (WWW) is also possible. The WWW attracts a great deal of attention as a vehicle for delivering distance courseware, and allows learners access to the system from anywhere on the Internet without installing any application software. For example, the learner could simply capture the audio and extract the acoustic features that are sent to a recognizer located on the server side.
